Apache Eagle Bag with Vintage Navajo Concho
The Apache Eagle Bag with Genuine Vintage Navajo Conchos is a dream version of our iconic design!
The body of the bag is made of buttery soft Italian leather in midnight black, and embellished with leather panels, cut out of our favourite vegetable tan leather that ages beautifully.
The hand tooled Eagle emblem on the front is a signature Buffalo Girl shape and one of Terry's earliest designs. The heart of the Eagle is a large handmade Genuine Vintage Navajo Concho with Nevada Turquoise.
All panels have been carefully hand tooled with the carved Eagle Feather design, complete with elegant stamping, that provides a beautiful frame for all the wonderful details. Each panel has been skilfully hand dyed in true black that completes the luxurious look.
The strap itself is a large hand carved leather feather with a smaller Navajo Concho with Nevada Turquoise, handpicked for the perfect match!
The striking, pale blues of the stones, surrounded by the traditionally stamped silver work perfectly with the lustrous black of the hides, making this stunning bag a true masterpiece!
The design has been infused with extra love and super special finishing touches! It comes with a feather clip including beautiful large feathers. All the fittings are nickel plated solid brass, and include a classic three piece western buckle and thick rings. The long, beautifully flowing suede tassels round off this outstanding piece!

Turquoise is known as one of the oldest protection amulets and a symbol of wealth in many ancient cultures. It represents strength, protection from harm, and connection to the spirit world. A Turquoise stone gifted by a loving friend is said to protect the wearer from negative energy and bring good fortune. It's also believed to be the most efficient healer, providing solace for the spirit and well being for the body, dispelling any negative energy. In traditional thought turquoise unities the earth and sky bringing together male and female energies. The large, high grade Emperor's Turquoise on the front, also known as Dragon Skin Turquoise, comes from a mine in China, where this beautifully webbed turquoise has been used for carvings and art since the ancient times.
