Returns Policy

Any product ordered from our online shop or custom made to order is covered by our 3 month warranty, and we will repair or replace any products with any obvious defects that are not due to normal wear and tear.

We do not accept returns of any pieces ordered from our website or made custom to order, however if the item is deemed faulty upon receipt, we will happily repair or replace it. 

Any damage caused to any item by the customer will not be covered, however we do offer repairs for a fee. In the case of damage caused to any item by the customer, we strongly encourage to first seek help with your local leather shop, that may be able to repair it at a significantly lower cost, especially in the case of customers located outside Australia.
