Shipping & Returns
Most items purchased in our shop are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. In some circumstances, for example an order for many items which are made to order (ex. leather rings), the handling time might be longer, but no longer than 7 business days.
PLEASE, NOTE: WE ARE AN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY, BASED IN BYRON BAY.
We ship domestic orders via Fastway Couriers to areas that are covered by their service. Parcels going to any other areas (remote areas, PO boxes etc) are sent with Australia Post Express service.
All parcels going overseas are shipped via DHL Express. For that reason we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia. Please, provide a street address & phone number for shipping to avoid delays with your order.
In most cases your parcel should arrive at the destination within one week of being sent out. If your parcel doesn't arrive within two weeks, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Any product ordered from our online shop or custom made to order is covered by our 3 month warranty, and we will repair or replace any products with any obvious defects that are not due to normal wear and tear.
We do not accept returns of any pieces ordered from our website or made custom to order, however if the item is deemed faulty upon receipt, we will happily repair or replace it.
Any damage caused to any item by the customer will not be covered, however we do offer repairs for a fee. In the case of damage caused to an item by the customer, we strongly encourage to first seek help with your local leather shop, that may be able to repair it at a significantly lower cost, especially in the case of customers located outside Australia.

We photograph our products carefully and in detail, to ensure you can make an informed decision before each purchase.
